In my practice over the last 22 years as meditation instructor and healer I’ve realized, as have countless others, that meditation is the foundation and cornerstone to leading a balanced, happy life. It doesn’t take as much time or effort as people think, nor does it require special skills – only a willingness to be guided into deeper states of awareness.

Meditation is not about “losing your mind” but rather about the “mind surrendering” to a greater awareness of itself and its own potential.
